Delivery and Payments

PLEASE ENSURE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INPUT WHEN ORDERING.

Please note successful deliveries are heavily reliant on customers inputting their correct shipping address information. Londonclassy cannot be held responsible for missing orders due to the submission of incorrect addresses.

Please double-check the address you are entering, and ensure the autofill feature on your browser does not input any incorrect details. If paying with PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, please ensure after log-in that the address matches the desired shipping address, as this can effect shipping.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All UK and Off Shore deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday between 8:00 to 16:00, this excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We do not deliver on weekends unless the Saturday option has been selected, however please note this service is not guaranteed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided at the checkout is accurate. Londonclassy cannot be held responsible for any errors made, this includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names. Our delivery system relies on all information to be input at the checkout to allow us to deliver your order within the specified timescales. Londonclassy or the chosen courier service will not be held responsible for missing or late deliveries due to incorrect or missing information and will not be liable to reimburse any costs associated.

A signature may be required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. This may differ should there be any issues with your delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email). Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that if you specify delivery instructions to be followed if you are out, this could be to leave with a neighbour or a safe place on your property where your parcel can be left – this is at your own risk. Londonclassy cannot be held responsible for the loss of your parcel.

You will be issued with tracking information from your chosen service and can keep up to date with the status of your delivery by visiting the relevant site and entering the tracking information provided. Should you miss your delivery it will be return to us. Additional postage charges may apply for re-deliveries.

During busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 10 working days from the date you have ordered, please contact Customer Care by email at support@londonclassy.com.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Here at Londonclassy we take pride in providing the best service for our customers. We always aim to have your order processed, dispatched and in your hands as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch standard deliveries within 3 working days from the date the order was placed. However, this may be longer during busier periods and during promotions. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. This applies to working days only. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. The Saturday Delivery option is available on orders placed before 3pm on Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note Next Day Delivery shipping methods are only available to certain areas within the UK, and can only be processed providing all shipping information is present and correct.

We do advise that Saturday Delivery is not 100% guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (DUTY & VAT)

All deliveries to the destinations outside the EU are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. Londonclassy will not be held responsible to cover these charges.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law;.

If you return any products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.

The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery

POSTAGE

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified from both Londonclassy and the courier by email or SMS with relevant tracking information. If you fail to receive correspondence from Londonclassy the chosen courier and have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us at support@londonclassy.com.

Postage promotions available on our website are applicable for mainland UK customers only. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and all EU and Non-EU Countries are excluded from this in their entirety.

Within Europe and other worldwide locations (e.g. Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Canada) we offer a flat cost shipping of £15.00 for a tracked and insured service which takes 5-7 working days to receive from the date of dispatch. A signature is required upon delivery. Please note Royal Mail and local couriers are used for this delivery option.
